Description and Requirements
We are looking for a Learning and Development Consultant who will be responsible for the full lifecycle of internal training programs, including program design, administration, communications, live and virtual facilitation, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement. Your work will directly support Lenovo’s talent development strategy and help build a strong leadership pipeline.
In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with business organizations and sales teams to identify opportunities to extend our learning solutions to external clients and partners. A consultative, sales-oriented mindset is essential, as you’ll help position leadership development as a strategic offering that drives client value and business growth.
This role requires prior experience in corporate Learning & Development, with a deep understanding of adult learning principles, business alignment, and stakeholder engagement. This role demands expertise in designing and delivering learning solutions for professional, adult audiences in a business environment.
You’ll be joining a passionate team of experienced facilitators committed to evolving the leadership experience and delivering results that matter—internally and externally.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related fields
- 7 of experience in learning and development within a corporate environment
