Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
- Execute specialized cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation procedures
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, and folding linens and clothing
- Maintain cleanliness of all surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly
- Provide excellent customer service by respecting client preferences and addressing any special requests
- Assist with organization and tidying up to meet client expectations
- Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial, custodial, or hotel housekeeping management is preferred
- Skills in cleaning, sanitation, floor care, carpet cleaning, and laundry are highly desirable
- Ability to perform light cooking or meal prep is a plus but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude
- Knowledge of cleaning products, tools, and techniques for effective sanitation
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are essential for scheduled shifts
