What You’ll Do
- Lead and motivate your team during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
- Oversee food preparation, quality control, and adherence to all Lennys standards.
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to help everyone succeed.
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure a positive dining experience for every guest.
- Manage cash handling procedures and maintain accurate records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
- Open and/or close the restaurant, ensuring all procedures are followed.
- Proven leadership experience, ideally in a fast-casual or restaurant setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for customer satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve effectively under pressure.
