As a full-time Territory Manager, you will lead sales efforts within the assigned region, located on-site in Spokane, WA. Primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts, developing and strengthening relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Territory Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction while delivering solutions that align with client and company goals. This role requires regular in-person client visits and territory travel to foster long-term partnerships and drive regional sales growth.
- Proven experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
- Strong Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans
- Capability to build and maintain lasting Client Relationships and Partnerships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivation, organizational skills, and ability to work autonomously in an on-site environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
