As an Intern at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This is approximately a 10 to 12-week program that will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.
Successful interns will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation. Relocation and/or travel may be required for your position.

What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.80-$22.00/hour. This rate is based on the intern's current year in their respective university programs. Graduate students may receive a higher rate of pay based on their year in school. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

- Testing business operations against control requirements, SOX testing
- Assisting with System Access Reviews for risk mitigation in company systems
- Performing audit(s) of Lennox retail stores
- Performing audit(s) of inventory for accurate inventory controls
- Assisting other parts of the business with implementing new processes or controls, with the guidance of Business Compliance group
- Other accounting, compliance, audit, or finance projects as directed
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be well organized and detail oriented with good analytical abilities and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
- Experience with Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to quickly learn and contribute to new projects and use new technologies
- Ability to work independent as well as part of a team
- Passion for producing high quality work
