What Drives Success
Own and optimize SAP ECC Production Planning processes supporting HVAC parts manufacturing operations. This role will ensure stable, scalable, and efficient planning and production execution.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation : This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $138,000 - $180,6000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP ECC PP module.
- Manage MRP, BOMs, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders.
- Optimize capacity planning and shop floor integration.
- Support Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios.
- Ensure integration with SAP SD, MM, and EWM/WM.
- Lead enhancements, change requests, and production support (L3).
- Conduct business workshops and drive process standardization.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 8 years related experience.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle ECC implementations.
- Strong integration knowledge with SD/MM.
- Experience in discrete manufacturing (HVAC preferred).
- Strong documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
