Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
Compensation : This is a salaried non-exempt role. This means that employees are paid a salary and also receive overtime pay when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law). The starting salary range for this role and market is between $59,000 - $70,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for the BroadBase Incentive (BBI) program with a target payout of 2%.
Location and Schedule: This position is located in Carrollton, Texas and will be in the office Monday through Friday.

Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Under limited supervision, assist mechanical engineers in the planning and testing of mechanical components, equipment, and machinery.
- Tests complete prototype units and subassemblies under operational conditions.
- Devise, fabricate, and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies.
- Record test procedures and results using numerical and graphical data.
- Help prepare proposals, cost estimates and work load.
- Assist in establishing completion dates.
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A two-year degree or equivalent is preferred.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- Expert knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
