The primary functions of the Lead are to act as a support system, lead and monitor employees in the Dynomate department.

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $19.00– $21.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).

What Drives Success
The primary functions of the Lead are to act as a support system, lead and monitor employees in the Dynomate department.
Responsibilities
- Set up various strip line roll formers without supervision.
- Ability to forecast need material to ensure a continuous production line.
- Knowledge of metal gauges and types (i.e. Stainless steel, aluminum, galvanized).
- Ability to train other employees with the setup of lines.
- Adjust lines to specified blueprints/diagrams and read part prints.
- Work with the QC department as problems arrive.
- Must be able to work within multiple departments and run multiple machines.
- Communicate any issues that arrive effectively.
- Safely operate machines while maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Recognizes unsafe conditions or hazards within work area.
- Must be able to delegate tasks as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
- Demonstrated strong mechanical aptitude a must
- Flexibility - Required to work minimum 5 days a week plus weekends and OT if required to support production and administration requirements
- Interface with management and production personnel as needed or required
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, & company ERP system preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Basic math skills
- Experience with various roll formers and strip line
- Minimum of 5 years set up experience
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
