This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Charleston, SC. The Technician will be responsible for performing high-quality maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and meets safety regulations. Responsibilities also include diagnosing and troubleshooting system performance issues, maintaining service records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Safety and adherence to company policies and industry standards are integral parts of the role.
- Proficient in HVAC system servicing, repair, maintenance, and installation
- Skilled in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in mechanical and electrical systems
- Familiarity with safety protocols, industry regulations, and proper equipment usage
- Strong communication and client-interaction skills to ensure excellent customer service
- Physical ability to perform job functions, including lifting, climbing, and working in diverse environments
- EPA certification and valid driver’s license required
- Completion of HVAC-related education, training, or apprenticeship is preferred
- Previous experience working in commercial HVAC services is a plus
