What Drives Success
Location: Richardson, TX (This position is 100% onsite at our headquarters in Richardson, TX, requiring attendance in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.)
Devise or modify procedures to solve problems considering system capacity, limitations, and desired results.
Perform business analysis of systems and follow through the full development life cycle.
Define detailed requirements, analyze business needs and validate solutions with the client or others.
Modify, maintain, and update complex ERP configuration and program routines.
Solve highly technical complex problems and be called on to consult for other projects.
Serve as a senior subject matter expert associated with content, processes, and procedures associated with enterprise applications.
Educate others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules or other applications.
Define, test, train, implement, and support one or more functional areas within the ERP System or other applications.
Monitor other business analysts in software development methods, processes and implementation of those methods.
Provide mentoring and direction to team members and is a key contributor.
Manage projects with medium budgets or of an intermediate duration.
Manage project plan, scope, risk, and resources. May act as team leader for medium size project teams.
Participate in IT financial management activities including annual budgeting cycle, project estimating, capital approval process, project budget oversight, and resource time tracking.
Contribute to multi-year planning to determine broad direction, prioritize projects and evaluate ROI.
What We Are Looking For
6 - 8 years of experience with SAP ECC 6.0 systems configuration is required in the Sales and Distribution (SD) module
SAP Pricing – pricing procedures, pricing conditions, freight, shipping, OTC
Availability check
Payment Card Processing
Knowledge in Deliveries and Shipments
Outputs
EDI – some experience to look up IDOCS and understand Status and the different Segments
Billing both Customer and Intercompany
Understand the Accounting tied to the Billing Documents
Consignment Process
Working experience in Vendavo / FPX
Must be well versed with documenting and writing functional specs, ability to review technical specs and working with the developer on the solution development, test scripts documentation
Serves as a senior subject matter expert with process & configuration
At least 2+ full lifecycle SAP SD implementations and few years of industry or consulting experience
Candidate should have experience working with business to understand their requirements
Must have good communication skills and be able to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $115,000-$150,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
