Job Description
As a Co-Op at Lennox, you will be a part of a team of innovative and knowledgeable industry professionals. You can expect to participate in impactful, developmental projects designed for your specific area of focus. This role will provide you with real work experiences to grow your career and provide exposure to business leaders throughout the company.
A successful Co-Op will have the potential opportunity of joining Lennox Full-Time upon graduation.

Qualifications
Working towards a degree in one of the Engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Industrial, Industrial Technology or Ag Engineering.Developing professional knowledge in the area of expertise. Solid written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The pay for this role is $21/hour. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
