What Drives Success
Position Summary
The Senior Manager, Corporate Security & Asset Protection is responsible for leading Lennox’s enterprise-wide security and asset protection strategy to protect people, assets, and operations. This role provides strategic direction and operational oversight across physical security, investigations, executive protection, and threat management programs.
Reporting to the Director of Corporate EHSS, this role partners closely with Operations, HR, Legal, IT, and senior leadership to deliver intelligence-led, risk-based solutions that enable business continuity and reduce risk across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Security Strategy & Governance
- Execute enterprise security and asset protection strategy aligned with business objectives
- Establish policies, standards, and governance frameworks
- Develop multi-year roadmaps and drive continuous improvement
Physical Security & Asset Protection
- Oversee physical security programs across all facilities
- Define standards for access control, surveillance, and perimeter security
- Manage guard services and asset protection programs
Investigations & Loss Prevention
- Lead investigations into cargo theft, inventory loss, fraud, and crimes against the business
- Develop investigative protocols and ensure consistent case management
- Partner with operations and supply chain to identify and mitigate loss risks
- Coordinate with law enforcement and external partners
Security Operations & Intelligence
- Support real-time risk monitoring and incident response
- Leverage intelligence tools to assess threats and risks
- Provide timely reporting and escalation to leadership
Executive Protection & Threat Management
- Oversee executive protection and travel security programs
- Lead workplace violence prevention and threat assessment processes
- Partner with HR and Legal on high-risk situations
Security Technology & Compliance
- Oversee security technology strategy and implementation
- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
- Lead audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions
What We Are Looking For
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Risk Management, or related field
Experience
- 10 years of experience in corporate security, asset protection, or risk management
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
- Experience leading enterprise security programs and investigations
Functional Skills
- Strong expertise in physical security systems and investigative practices
- Knowledge of risk assessment and intelligence-led security strategies
Leadership / Influence
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior leadership
- Experience managing teams and external partners
Tools / Systems
- Experience with security systems, intelligence platforms, and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
Travel
- Ability to travel up to 30–40% as needed
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $110,000-$146,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.

Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 12 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
