Compensation: This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Starting pay range: $21.54 – $29.61/hour, based on experience and market alignment.
About the Role
We’re thrilled to announce the opening of our state-of-the-art distribution facility in Northlake, Texas!
As a Distribution Lead, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient operations from day one under the direction of the Distribution Supervisor.
In this hands-on role, you’ll coordinate daily warehouse activities, oversee shipping and receiving operations, and ensure accuracy in inventory control and documentation. Your attention to detail, organization will help drive exceptional performance and reliability across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily workflow for the distribution team to meet operational goals.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and quality procedures.
- Verify accuracy of all inbound and outbound shipping documentation.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of warehouse or distribution experience.
- Forklift certification preferred.
- Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions accurately.
