YOUR PURPOSE:
Lennar Technology Group is seeking an experienced IT Testing Lead to join our dynamic team. As the IT Testing Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, automation, and leadership, with a passion for driving continuous improvement in testing processes.

This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary. 10-20% travel time is required.

YOUR PURPOSE:

As the IT Testing Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing methodologies, automation, and leadership, with a passion for driving continuous improvement in testing processes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality of software solutions across all stages of the SDLC.
- Lead and mentor a team of testing professionals, providing guidance and support in executing testing activities.
- Coordinate and facilitate System Integration Testing (SIT) ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.
- Coordinate and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and End-to-End testing processes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and objectives.
- Drive testing automation initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness in testing practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
- Facilitate training sessions and create collateral to educate team members on testing best practices and tools.
- Establish and maintain project governance reporting mechanisms to track testing progress, issues, and risks.
- Act as a subject matter expert on testing-related matters, providing guidance and insights to project teams and stakeholders.
- Lead teams on multiple testing such as Load Testing, Regression Testing, Unit and Functional Testing, Integration, System Testing and Performance Testing.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a testing role, with a preference for experience in Testing Leadership positions and defining strategy.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including manual and automated testing techniques.
- Proficiency in testing tools and frameworks, such as Zephyr, HPQC, Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and deployment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving process improvement initiatives and delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding in project management methodologies such as PMP, Agile and tools like Apptio Target Process, Jira, Confluence, etc.
