What is the "Future Builders" program?

Lennar's Future Builders Program is designed for highly motivated early career professionals seeking to launch their careers. Participants will develop essential interpersonal and technical skills while working alongside seasoned professionals in a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.

Through structured onboarding, hands-on training, and professional development, Future Builders will contribute to impactful projects and gain deep exposure to key areas across Lennar. High-performing participants may have the opportunity to transition into our recent college graduate (RCG) program or other entry-level roles after the summer.

The Corporate track is a 10 week program during the summer that prepares participants for careers in core business operations. The start date for the program will be June 2027.

Job Responsibilities: Intern - Field Marketing

• Serve as primary marketing resource for sales leaders and New Home Consultants in the field
• Fulfill marketing collateral and flyer requests in partnership with regional teams
• Manage signage, MLS listings, and community photography for Quick Move-In homes
• Maintain and coordinate signage inventory across divisions with approved vendors
• Organize and manage branded marketing materials and closet inventory
• Plan and execute on-site logistics for marketing events (grand openings, broker events, open houses)
• Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the community level
• Oversee community launch execution including office setup and self-guided tour systems
• Coordinate photography support for homes, models, and lifestyle content
• Act as liaison between sales, operations, and regional marketing teams
  
  

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Marketing experience preferred
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Proficiency with digital tools including MLS, Canva, and Airtable
• Homebuilding, real estate, or consumer-facing industry experience preferred
• Ability to manage weekly travel within assigned division or market
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable asking questions to learn and grow.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to engage in real business discussions.
  
  

Upon program completion, the Company will decide whether to offer high-performing interns a regular full-time position within similar roles under these verticals, based on factors such as job performance and business needs. It is important to note that placement in the Company post-program is not guaranteed.

General Overview Of Compensation & Benefits

We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $22.00 - $22, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
