What are the responsibilities and job description for the Treasury Associate position at Lennar Mortgage?
FUNDING AND WAREHOUSING OF NEW LOANS:
The Treasury Analyst is responsible for funding new loans and pledge to the Warehouse Financing Line.
Interfacing with banks, branch and processing personnel is critical.
RECONCILATION OF CASH TRANSACTIONS:
Reconciliation and Recording of all incoming and outgoing activity for the various accounts.
ISSUED CHECKS; STOPS/VOIDS AND MANUAL RE-ISSUANCE:
Verify and Process cash movements
OTHER PROJECTS AS NEEDED:
Other projects, reports or schedules may be requested from management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting. Proficiency in Excel. Analytical Skills with ability to work independently needed. 2 years of Cash Management and Treasury Experience.
