Job Title: KYC / AML Analyst
Location: New York, NY (Onsite/Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $36/hour (W2)
Duration: 6-month contract
Key Responsibilities
- Perform KYC/AML reviews for new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct customer due diligence (CDD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) as needed
- Review and validate client documentation, including entity structures and beneficial ownership
- Identify and escalate potential risks, discrepancies, or red flags
- Support regulatory reporting and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Collaborate with compliance, onboarding, and business teams to resolve client inquiries
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of AML regulations and internal policies
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in KYC, AML, or client onboarding within financial services
- Strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience reviewing different entity types (corporate, LLCs, partnerships, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to manage high volumes and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
