Position Overview

• We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of Human Resources functions within a manufacturing environment.
• This role will partner closely with employees, managers, and leadership teams to provide comprehensive HR support while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Title - HR Generalist

Pay Rate - $32/hr on w2 Contract without benefits

Duration: 12 Months contract

Location: Maryville TN

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support across multiple Human Resources functions, including:
• Recruitment and employment activities
• Personnel records administration
• Employee and labor relations
• Job evaluation and compensation management
• Benefits administration
• Organizational development initiatives
• Training and development programs
• AA/EEO compliance activities
• Special HR projects
• Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures.
• Support dissemination of HR policies through employee handbooks, communications, meetings, and other channels.
• Prepare reports and documentation to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as an internal consultant to manufacturing operations regarding HR-related matters.
• Collaborate effectively with employees and management at all organizational levels.
• Ensure timely response to business needs while balancing changing priorities and long-term objectives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee relations practices.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
