Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a wide range of Human Resources functions within a manufacturing environment.
- This role will partner closely with employees, managers, and leadership teams to provide comprehensive HR support while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Title - HR Generalist
Pay Rate - $32/hr on w2 Contract without benefits
Duration: 12 Months contract
Location: Maryville TN
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support across multiple Human Resources functions, including:
- Recruitment and employment activities
- Personnel records administration
- Employee and labor relations
- Job evaluation and compensation management
- Benefits administration
- Organizational development initiatives
- Training and development programs
- AA/EEO compliance activities
- Special HR projects
- Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of Human Resources policies and procedures.
- Support dissemination of HR policies through employee handbooks, communications, meetings, and other channels.
- Prepare reports and documentation to meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as an internal consultant to manufacturing operations regarding HR-related matters.
- Collaborate effectively with employees and management at all organizational levels.
- Ensure timely response to business needs while balancing changing priorities and long-term objectives.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Human Resources within a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employee relations practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.
