Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily processing tasks while investigating and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate client onboarding, account opening, trade allocation, confirmation processing, and settlement in line with service level agreements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients at the operational (middle/back office) level.
- Develop detailed technical and product knowledge to provide exceptional client service.
- Collaborate with Sales, Trading, Trade Support, Settlements, and other internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to process improvements, team initiatives, and projects as a subject matter expert.
- Prioritize multiple tasks effectively to minimize risk to both the Firm and its clients.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Excellent client service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with accuracy and efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in operations, financial services, or client service preferred.
