Role Description The Marketing & Sales Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in York, PA, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home flexibility. This role leads day-to-day marketing and sales activities, including developing and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media and digital presence, and creating promotional materials that reflect the Lenka brand. The Manager will identify and cultivate relationships with coffee shops, premium grocers, and other retail partners, prepare and deliver sales presentations. They will monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and report on marketing and sales results to inform strategy and growth initiatives. Collaboration with operations team is essential to ensure product availability, consistent branding, and an excellent experience for partners and customers.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing skills, including brand development, campaign planning, content creation, and social media management.
- Proven sales and account management experience, including prospecting, relationship building.
- Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and improve performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the brand professionally to partners and customers.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines.
- Experience in food, beverage, or CPG (consumer packaged goods) industries is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment based in York, PA, including occasional travel to trade shows and customers.
