Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Aurora, CO. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing phone calls, emails, resolving customer issues, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. The representative will also collaborate with other departments, especially directly with sales reps, to address customer needs and provide feedback for improving service processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction
- Experience in Packaging Industry preferred
- Skills in enhancing Customer Experience
- MAS90 SAGE experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
