Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Originator at LendVent Realty Capital. The Loan Originator will be responsible for originating both bridge and DSCR loans, either from brokers or directly from borrowers. We're looking for motivated individuals that are looking to grow with us. We will supply you with leads and lead sources. However, ideal candidates will be self-starters that can generate their own leads.
This is a hybrid role, with three days a week in our office in Bay Harbor Isands.
We're offing a base salary and aggressive commission plans.
Experience in the mortgage or banking industry preferred
