Role Description:
Lendmarq is searching for a detail-oriented & organized professional to support our team in our Servicing & Asset Management Department. This role involves managing the draw process, coordinating inspections, handling borrower communication, processing wires, and supporting reporting functions across the organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the construction draw pipeline, ensuring efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
- Act as a liaison for borrowers regarding draw inspections, handling communication via email and phone.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to order inspections and provide updates on scheduling, draw status, and wire releases.
- Process and submit draw requests in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain reporting and status updates for completed draws and related activities.
- Assist with reviewing inspection reports for draw approval (training will be provided; not an immediate requirement).
- Accurately verify wire instructions and ensure proper execution of outgoing wires.
- Prior experience in single-family or multi-family lending is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, real estate, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in construction lending, loan servicing, treasury operations, or a related field.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in Single Family and/or multi-family real estate lending preferred.
