As our HR Director/Office Administrator, you’ll be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, managing office functions, and playing a key role in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires. This is a hands-on position requiring attention to detail, initiative, and strong people skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Human Resources & Onboarding
- Manage the full-cycle onboarding process for new hires
- Handle day-to-day HR duties including employee relations, compliance, and policy enforcement
- Track and manage employee timekeeping and scheduling
- Maintain employee files and HR documentation
- Recruiting & Social Media
- Actively manage recruiting efforts across job boards and social media platforms
- Build and maintain an online hiring presence (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, etc.)
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with department leads
- Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs
- Office Administration
- Order office supplies and maintain vendor relationships
- Support company events, meetings, and administrative tasks
- Maintain a smooth and efficient office environment
- Base Salary: $70,000 per year
- 1 years of experience in HR, office administration, or a similar role (mortgage or finance industry experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Effective communicator and problem solver
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Experience with timekeeping and scheduling tools preferred
