Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support clients with meal preparation, ensuring nutritious and balanced diets tailored to individual needs
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being and reduce feelings of isolation
- Assist with transportation for community outings while ensuring client safety at all times
Requirements
- Strong skills in patient personal care assistance, including helping with ADLs and personal hygiene routines
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- High school diploma or general education degree; or related experience and or training
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
