Job Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for designing visually compelling digital assets that align with brand guidelines and drive engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong graphic design skills with an understanding of digital marketing strategies, user experience, and current design trends—with proven experience in real estate branding and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce digital assets for marketing campaigns, including:
- Social media graphics
- Email templates
- Web banners and landing pages
- Paid ad creatives (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
- Develop and maintain consistent branding for real estate and mortgage marketing materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to ensure designs support campaign objectives and brand consistency.
- Optimize designs for various platforms and devices (responsive design).
- Stay updated on design trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure all designs adhere to accessibility standards and SEO-friendly practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in digital design or marketing design.
- Proven experience in real estate branding and marketing design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising formats.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Portfolio showcasing digital design work, including real estate branding projects.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp).
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
Work Location Requirement:
This position is onsite only and requires working in our Madison, TN office. Remote work is not available for this role.
