Role Description
Hiring part-time and full-time positions as a Mortgage Loan Originator in Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Michigan. Day-to-day tasks will include originating, evaluating, and completing mortgage loan applications, guiding clients through the mortgage process, and communicating with our in house mortgage processing team.. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of loan programs and financial regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Skills in Loan Origination, Loan Processing, and Mortgage Lending practices
- Strong ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a remote setting
- Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus
- Must maintain an MLO license thru NMLS
