Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Care Specialist located in Troy, MI. The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, fostering strong customer relationships, and maintaining high retention rates. Key duties include managing client communication via phone and email, providing detailed support throughout the mortgage process, and addressing any concerns effectively and professionally. Essentially in training to become a licensed mortgage loan officer, all fees and testing costs are covered. We offer both commission only and hourly with commission pay structures.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Retention skills
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette capabilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of mortgage processes and financial products is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is advantageous
