Lenderworks is looking for a Mortgage Loan Receiver to join our team of professionals in Birmingham, AL. As a Loan Collateral Coordinator, you will take an active role in assisting the Post-Closing Department.

Lenderworks’ mortgage services platform encompasses the areas of Secondary Marketing, Post Closing, Servicing, Compliance, Quality Control, Finance/Accounting, IT, Solutions Development and Business Systems.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Pulls and distributes various morning reports.
- Reviews and corrects original collateral to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Prepares shipping manifests and overnight labels for shipments to the warehouse.
- Ensures timely delivery of warehouse packages and status of notes move to “dry”.
- Orders notes to ship to investors from warehouse which consists of preparing and providing manifests and overnight labels.
- Ensures timely delivery of these packages to the investors and enters tracking confirmation into applicable reports.
- Clears all warehouse bank exceptions timely.
- Acts as a warehouse custodian when applicable.
- Acts as MERS Administrator for the Birmingham office.
- Orders and tracks office and breakroom supplies.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Internet, and other office management tools and applications. Encompass experience, a plus.
- Other skills required: Communication, organization, time management, problem solving, ability to work in a high volume/fast paced environment, and teamwork.
