Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our repossession company as an Office & Lot Support Specialist. This hybrid role combines administrative duties, customer and appointment management, and hands-on fieldwork. The ideal candidate is comfortable using technology, pays close attention to detail, and is physically able to assist with vehicle cleanouts and inspections.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Office Duties
- Manage appointments and data entry.
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and repossession management software.
- Process paperwork, reports, and compliance documentation.
-Uploading photos and paperwork into appropriate software.
Field & Vehicle Support
- Conduct vehicle cleanouts, organizing, documenting and securing personal property.
- Take detailed, clear photos of vehicles for condition reporting and documentation.
- Preparation of vehicles for storage or transport.
-Process condition reports on all vehicles.
Technology & Reporting
- Use mobile apps and computer systems to upload photos, reports, and updates in real time.
- Maintain accurate logs of activities, property, and repossession status.
- Troubleshoot basic technology issues related to software, phones, or field equipment.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move items during vehicle cleanouts.
- Comfortable working with computers, tablets, smartphones, and repossession software.
- Strong communication skills for working with clients, team members, and vendors.
- Ability to work independently and handle sensitive situations professionally.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in repossession, automotive, logistics, or property management.
- Familiarity with repossession or case management software.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle operations and documentation.
Work Environment:
This position requires both office work and fieldwork. Candidate must be comfortable in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment where priorities can shift quickly.
