What You'll Do:
As a Mortgage Loan Receiver, you'll be at the heart of our operations, keeping things smooth and efficient. Your day-to-day will include: 

• Unboxing and organizing overnight packages like a pro. 
• Reviewing mortgage documents with a keen eye for detail. 
• Scanning signed closing packages into our high-tech LOS imaging system. 
• Keeping documents neatly filed and ready for action. 
• Tackling other tasks with enthusiasm as needed.

No Supervisory Duties—just focus on learning, growing, and making an impact

What We're Looking For: 

• No experience required—we'll teach you everything you need to succeed 
• Hourly wage of $15–$19 per hour, commensurate with experience.
• 3-6 months of office experience is a bonus but not a must. 
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, or Outlook? Great, but we'll train you if not      
• A team player who also shines independently. 
• Quick on your feet with multitasking and problem-solving skills. 
• Cool under pressure and ready to thrive in a fast-paced setting. 
• Able to sit, type, view a computer screen, hear, and reach regularly; occasionally stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs (reasonable accommodations available).
