Default Servicing Coordinator

Lender Legal PLLC is a multi-state creditors' rights law firm, headquartered in Maitland, Florida. We are seeking a detail-oriented Default Servicing Coordinator to support the VP of Client Relations in managing day-to-day client and investor communications, portal administration, and foreclosure process oversight. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all client-facing systems and reporting.

This is a full time, in-office position, working from our Maitland, Florida office Monday through Friday. The compensation range is $25-$30 per hour, based on experience. The firm pays for 50% of healthcare benefits for employees and their families. The firm also provides paid vacation, sick time, and holiday pay, as well as 401k matching after 90 days of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Request and process fees from Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in accordance with investor guidelines
• Update and maintain investor portals (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and related platforms) with accurate, timely information
• Update firm clients' portals and associated tasks to reflect current case status
• Confirm and track foreclosure milestones to ensure timelines are met
• Evaluate and identify delays in the foreclosure process, flagging issues for review and resolution
• Communicate proactively with clients and internal teams regarding case status and outstanding items
• Assist the VP of Client Relations with additional administrative and operational tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Prior experience in default servicing, foreclosure, or mortgage-related client relations preferred
• Familiarity with Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac portals and reporting requirements a plus
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with case management or portal-based software systems
