This is a full-time, on-site position that plays a key role in supporting the daily operations of our dealer floorplan business. You will be responsible for administrative tasks, Salesforce data management, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background and a keen interest in automotive finance.This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Ipswich, MA office, requiring in-person presence 5 days a week.Key Responsibilities:Support the Floorplan Sales and Account Management teams by ensuring smooth coordination between internal systems and dealer requestManage and update dealer records and transactions in Salesforce with precision and timelinessAssist in the onboarding of new dealer clients and ensure accurate documentation is submitted and maintainedCollaborate with other departments (e.g., Underwriting, Customer Support, Finance) to maintain workflow efficiencyMonitor inventory, funding requests, and compliance documentation for floorplan accountsPerform administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails, scheduling appointments, or maintaining files and documents related to floorplans and operationsIdentify and escalate any operational risks, errors, or inconsistencies promptlyKey Requirements:1 year of experience in an administrative or operations support roleExperience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems requiredPrior experience in auto finance, dealership operations, or financial services is a plusHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting a collaborative teamMust be based in or willing to commute to Ipswich, MAWe believe:Diversity is a competitive advantage.
