We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team within a well-established real estate office. You will have an office inside an established real estate office in Edina with access to dozens of prodcuing agents. The ideal candidate will be adept at relationship building within the financial sales sector and eager to work closely with real estate professionals to facilitate seamless mortgage solutions for clients. This is a commission based position designed for someone motivated to expand their presence in the real estate and mortgage industry.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate mortgage lending processes, including loan origination and retail lending activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, clients, and other industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on various mortgage products and financing options tailored to individual client circumstances.
- Leverage existing relationships within the real estate office to expand referral networks and increase loan volume.
Skills
- Proven experience in mortgage lending, loan origination, or retail lending.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on financial sales and client engagement.
