& Maintenance Trainer is critical to ensuring our customers successfully

deploy and maintain their vehicles in the field. You will serve as the

technical bridge between engineering, production, and real-world

operations, supporting vehicle delivery, hands-on training, and ongoing

lifecycle success. As the primary technical interface, you will drive

customer confidence and provide feedback that directly influences

product performance and reliability. **What You\'ll Do:** - Lead onsite

and virtual training sessions for new vehicle orientations, maintenance,

and safety. - Serve as the primary technical point of contact for

customer support, warranty, and maintenance. - Coordinate with internal

teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and facilitate warranty

claims. - Maintain regular communication with customers regarding

completion updates and delivery timelines. - Track and document customer

interactions, service history, and training records in ERP software. -

Provide actionable feedback to Engineering and Production teams based on

field reliability trends. - Develop and maintain technical training
