Shift Laser Operator is responsible for operating state-of-the-art CNC
laser cutting machine to produce high-precision steel and armor plate
components. Ideal candidates have experience with CNC operation and take
pride in maintaining high tolerances. **What You\'ll Do:** - Operate
Trumpf CNC laser cutting equipment to cut armor plate according to
specifications - Load and unload heavy materials using overhead cranes
and forklifts - Review blueprints and CAD drawings to ensure
high-tolerance accuracy - Perform routine machine maintenance and basic
troubleshooting - Verify material thickness and grade before beginning
the cutting process - Maintain a clean and safe workspace in compliance
with OSHA standards **What We\'re Looking For:** - 2 years of
experience operating CNC laser cutting machines - Experience with Trump
CNC equipment is a plus - Ability to read and interpret technical
blueprints and engineering drawings - Strong basic math skills and high
attention to detail - Experience with material handling equipment
(overhead cranes/forklifts) - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for
the duration of a shift - Comfortable working in a fast-paced production
