SUMMARY:
Provide professional support in all facets of the LISD Facilities Department by supporting custodial and maintenance staff to ensure high quality support and services for students, staff, and community members.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- General secretarial skills
- Highly efficient with word, excel
- Minimum of one year experience
- Excellent receptionist skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Database knowledge/experience
- EGLE S-5 water operator’s licensure
Preferred:
- Three to five years experience
- MSBO Facilities certification
- Desktop publishing experience
- Associate degree in secretarial science
