Lenape Valley Foundation is seeking a Full-Time Therapist for our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)- an intensive, short-term program providing a full-day therapeutic experience for individuals with acute psychiatric symptoms.
As a Therapist in our PHP program, you’ll deliver evidence-based treatment in a structured, supportive environment. This is an opportunity to work with clients during a critical phase of their recovery, helping them stabilize and build coping skills.

What You Bring
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related field preferred
- Strong understanding of psychopathology, psychodynamics, and therapeutic interventions
- Ability to manage acute needs and crisis situations effectively
- Skilled in clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well within a team
- Physical capability to meet job requirements (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Deliver high-quality clinical services in an acute PHP setting
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and provide individual and family counseling
- Document treatment plans, progress notes, and missed appointments in compliance with regulations
- Provide crisis prevention and intervention when needed
- Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and other team members to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Contribute to treatment team meetings with valuable clinical insights
