What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 12 credits in early intervention, early childhood education, child development, special education, family counseling, psychology, or related social sciences
- Minimum 1 year working with or supporting children, families, or individuals with disabilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and a willingness to drive throughout Bucks County
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role
- Empower caregivers to learn the family coaching model to support their child’s development
- Assess needs, coordinate services, and monitor individualized plans
- Work in homes, community settings, and online to ensure comprehensive support
- Collaborate with a team of professionals in a positive, resource-sharing environment
