In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs across our five Residential Programs in Central and Lower Bucks County. This full-time position offers a dynamic and flexible opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our residents while gaining hands-on experience in the mental and behavioral health field.

What You Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to travel throughout Bucks County
- Demonstrated flexibility and independence
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer proficiency; experience with Electronic Health Records preferred
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the role (with or without accommodation)
- Commitment to viewing all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard
Your Role
- Provide coverage and support across all five residential locations in Bucks County.
- Perform core duties, including:
- Program documentation
- Admission and discharge support
- Community engagement with residents
- Transportation for residents and program activities
- Site cleanliness and upkeep
- Enhance residents’ quality of life through compassionate care and goal-oriented programming.
- Coordinate and facilitate activities that support residents’ progress and well-being.
