What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Rehabilitation, or Counseling
- Valid PA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, MSW)
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
- 2 years of clinical experience with severe mental illness population
- 2 years of supervisory/program management experience
- Certification as a Peer Specialist Supervisor (or willingness to obtain post-hire)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with electronic health records and computer systemsAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, with or without accommodation
Your Role
- Lead and supervise a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
- Oversee day-to-day clinical and administrative operations
- Facilitate treatment planning meetings and ensure fidelity to the ACT model
- Coordinate referrals, admissions, assessments, and discharge processes
- Build community partnerships and advocate for client needs
- Ensure compliance with state, county, and managed care standards
- Monitor quality, documentation, and program performance under a value-based reimbursement model
