What You’ll Do:
- Keep our warehouse humming by managing inventory, receiving materials, and fulfilling orders for truck restocks.
- Partner with techs in the field to ensure they have what they need to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Lead the charge on warehouse organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Implement creative solutions to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and enhance processes.
- Drive accountability across the team while fostering a “tech-friendly” atmosphere.
- Collaborate with leadership to optimize truck and warehouse stocking levels and streamline operations.
- Assist with truck fleet management and deployment to keep everything running like clockwork.
What We’re Looking For:
- A motivated leader with strong inventory, project management, and people skills.
- A tech-savvy problem-solver with experience in ERP systems and warehouse management.
- A team player who’s customer-focused and ready to make a difference.
- Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in Plumbing & HVAC warehouse operations (or a similar field).
What You’ll Need:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- The ability to lift and transport 50 lbs.
- A commitment to excellence and the drive to achieve exceptional results.
