We are currently seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic Plumbing Academy Assistant/Plumbing Helper to provide support to our Service Technicians. This is a fast-track career opportunity to transition into our Apprentice Program or Service Technician role for applicants who possess a strong work ethic, can follow verbal directions, demonstrate strong problem-solving and customer service skills, are highly reliable, and have a desire to learn and apply new information in the field.
If you do a great job as a Helper, you may be selected to go into our next Academy Class!
One year of residential plumbing service experience is preferred but not required. Construction or Maintenance experience will also be considered. Must have a clean driving record and be able to successfully pass a drug test and criminal background check.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist licensed plumbers with plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Carry tools, materials, and equipment to and from work areas
- Help install fixtures, piping, and related plumbing components under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle
- Follow safety protocols and company procedures
- Learn and apply plumbing techniques and best practices
What We Are Looking For:
- Interest in learning the plumbing trade
- Willingness to follow instructions and assist experienced plumbers
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
