Len Stoler Automotive Group Is looking for an Automotive Shop Foreman for our Lexus service department in Owings Mills, Maryland.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of technicians, monitoring work performance to maximize productivity and reduce comebacks. Recruit and train qualified candidates.
- Identify training needs and opportunities for development, ensuring that technicians are skilled in the latest techniques.
- Mentor and coach employees on technical skills.
- Diagnose cause of any malfunctions and perform repairs; execute basic work on vehicles. Complete all associate documentation related to repair orders.
- Facilitate DPR cases.
- Road test customer vehicles, with customers if needed.
- Maintain shop appearance; enforce safety protocols and standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Be accountable for all shop tools; perform annual tool inventory.
- Additional duties as assigned.
