Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Owings Mills, MD. The Regional Parts and Service Director will oversee the parts and service departments, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing budgets, leading a team of service professionals, and developing training programs to enhance staff performance. The Director will collaborate with other departments to maintain the highest standards of customer service and support.
Qualifications
- 5 years service and/or parts management experience
- Budgeting and Financial Management experience

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
