Role Description The General Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Owings Mills, MD, responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, including sales, service, finance, and customer experience. This position manages department leaders, sets performance goals, and monitors key metrics to ensure profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with manufacturer and company standards. The General Manager will develop and implement business plans, forecast sales and expenses, and manage inventory in coordination with manufacturer partners. Daily responsibilities include coaching and motivating teams, resolving escalated customer issues, ensuring adherence to processes, and promoting a culture of integrity, safety, and continuous improvement. The role also involves community engagement, maintaining strong relationships with OEM representatives, and ensuring that the dealership upholds Len Stoler Automotive Group’s standards for quality and reputation.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and people-management skills, including the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
