What you'll do:
As a Team Lead, you’ll coach and lead teams through the daily plan—whether that’s building beautiful bouquets and arrangements or receiving and processing fresh-cut flowers and plants. You'll guide the team by living our leadership expectations: being a Good Coach, Good Communicator, Productive & Results-Oriented, and someone who Empowers the Team and Creates an Inclusive Team Environment.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Leading the execution of bouquet/arrangement production and receiving/processing tasks such as scanning, sorting, bin slotting, and quality checks.

Monitoring actual vs. scheduled staffing and adjusting schedules as needed to align with daily demand.

Collaborating with Supply Chain Supervisors to execute cross-training and labor-sharing strategies for efficient workflow and minimal disruption to service metrics.

Coaching employees in productivity, accuracy, and quality for both retail and mass customer routes.

Executing onboarding and training plans in partnership with mentors to ensure new hires align with leadership expectations.

Building strong relationships with the Sales and Product Management teams by addressing customer-impacting issues quickly and professionally.

When you'll work: Tuesday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (or until work is completed)
