What You'll Do:
At Len Busch Roses, we're passionate about delivering quality floral products to our customers, and it starts with how we receive and care for our inventory. As a Floral Receiving & Processing Technician, you'll be part of the team responsible for managing incoming products, preparing them for distribution, and ensuring our high standards of quality and efficiency are met every step of the way. You'll work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a variety of temperatures, and you'll love the energy that comes with it. You'll also help share our passion with our customers by delighting them with our products.
- Receive inbound product and verify against supplier documentation
- Label and process inventory (hydrate cut flowers, unpack potted plants)
- Restock and organize inventory into proper bin locations
- Downgrade expired or below-spec products
- Meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and helps resolve inventory discrepancies
- Wash and sanitize buckets and containers
- Consolidate carts and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Maintain a clean workspace and be aware of risks to yourself and others.
- Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
When You'll Work: Sunday- Wednesday|7:00 AM- 5:30 PM
Please Note: There is no fixed end time, your day ends once all tasks are completed, including end-of-day duties.
Pay Range: $17.50/hr – $19.50/hr
Holidays & Overtime: Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs. Please be aware that during peak times, particularly around holidays like Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mother's Day, you may be required to work overtime and on days that are typically your time off. These busy periods may demand flexibility in your schedule.
