Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in West Chester, PA, for a Remodeling Consultant. The Remodeling Consultant will focus on providing expert consultations to homeowners, understanding their remodeling needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Responsibilities include conducting detailed sales presentations, driving customer engagement, offering expert advice on remodeling and home improvement projects, and ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- Experience in Remodeling and Home Improvement
- Strong skills in Sales and Sales Presentations
- Proficiency in Consulting to assess customer needs and recommend solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Previous experience in the construction or home improvement industry is a plus
