Construction Operations Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of project management, quality control, and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Develop and oversee construction estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Implement quality control measures and perform quality inspections to maintain high standards throughout all phases of construction.
• Manage procurement processes, including sourcing materials and negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Supervise project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors, providing guidance and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status, risks, and issues for senior management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in overseeing large-scale projects.
• Extensive knowledge of construction estimating, project management methodologies, and quality inspection procedures.
• Hands-on experience with construction site operations and electrical systems is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and manage resources effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications accurately.
• Relevant certifications or licenses in construction management or related fields are preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
